Your booking is only valid in the case of confirmation either in email or by phone.

On the occasion that you would like to cancel your booking, you can do so by email or phone also.



If for any reasons you won’t be able to attend your appointment,please let me know in a timely manner.

Considering that rescheduling takes time. Cancellation/ rescheduling is possible without any charge before 48 hours of your appointment in consideration with my availability.
